Privacy Policy

Draft, pending legal review

This policy explains what personal data Live3000 keeps, for how long, and the rights you have. Version 2026-11-02.

What we keep

Your account details (name, email, locale), the videos, audio, stories and messages you upload, payment records from our payment processor (we never see your card number), and security logs such as hashed IP addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep all of your data and content for as long as the company operates, unless you withdraw consent. If you withdraw consent, your data and content are hidden from everyone except you.

After your death

We keep all of your data and content for as long as the company operates, unless you withdraw consent. If you withdraw consent, your data and content are hidden from everyone except you. On your death, effective immediately, R FORMULA INNOVATIONS, which operates Live3000, becomes the sole and exclusive owner of all of your data and content (your videos, audio, voice, stories, profile, messages and any AI likeness, voice or persona made from them), together with all rights in them. No heir, family member, invitee, contact or estate receives any ownership or any rights in that data or content, and no one may download it. They get only whatever viewing access the company chooses to allow. Uploading also gives R FORMULA INNOVATIONS an exclusive licence to keep and use your material while you are alive. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR. While you are alive you can delete your account from Account, or ask us to erase your personal data, and we will handle that request as the law requires.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR. While you are alive you can delete your account from Account, or ask us to erase your personal data, and we will handle that request as the law requires.

To delete your account, go to Account. To ask for erasure or a copy of your data while you are alive, use the request option in Account.
