One-time plans

Refund requests for one-time plans that have not been used (no AI persona or voice model created yet) are reviewed individually; the exact refund window will be confirmed after legal review. Once a plan has been used, it is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Compra 1 y llévate 1 gratis: si un pago único que cumple las condiciones se reembolsa o se contracarga antes de canjear el plan gratis, el regalo se cancela. Un regalo ya canjeado permanece con quien lo recibió y queda marcado para revisión. El plan gratis no es una segunda compra.

12-month instalment plans

Instalment plans are 12 monthly payments that stop automatically after the 12th. You can cancel future instalments at any time in your PayPal account; payments already made are covered by the same rules as one-time plans. If an instalment is missed or cancelled, access is suspended after the paid period and a 60-day grace period, and returns if you pay the balance.

Call-credit top-ups

Top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires a refund or where a charge was made in error. Unused credit stays on your account.

Account deletion

Deleting your account removes your recordings and AI persona. It does not by itself trigger a refund.

How to ask

Use the contact route listed in the Terms, giving the email on your account and your PayPal transaction ID. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
