Live3000 es operado por R Formula Innovations. These terms cover the one-time plans and monthly instalments, how long we keep data, who owns it after a passing, what happens when a payment is missed, who can use a legacy after a passing, and the licence you give in your recordings. Version 2026-11-02.
Planes y renovación
Plans are one-time sign-ups for lifetime access. If you pay in 12 monthly instalments and one is missed, the service continues for 60 days. After 60 days overdue, access is suspended under company rules: no calls, no edits, and no downloads, until the missed instalments are paid. The recordings are held at the company's discretion. Continuation contacts can decide 60 days after a missed instalment, or when a passing is confirmed. They can pay the remaining instalments or let the plan lapse. They cannot download the files.
Each plan is a one-time sign-up for lifetime access, paid in full or in 12 monthly instalments. There is no yearly fee or renewal. If an instalment is not paid, access is suspended once the grace period ends. While you are alive and the account is active or inside the grace period, you can download your own raw files and data export from Account.

El plan gratis no genera comisión de afiliado. Si el plan de pago se reembolsa o se contracarga antes del canje, el regalo se cancela. Después de un fallecimiento
Los contactos de continuidad, la persona que nombraste para cuidar la cuenta y la familia no pueden descargar los archivos originales ni la exportación de datos. Pueden pagar para continuar el plan o dejar que caduque. La familia puede seguir llamando solo mientras el plan esté activo.

Conservamos todos tus datos y contenidos mientras la empresa siga operando, salvo que retires tu consentimiento. Si retiras tu consentimiento, tus datos y contenidos quedan ocultos para todos excepto para ti.
La licencia que concedes
By uploading videos, audio, stories or a profile, you grant R FORMULA INNOVATIONS (the company) an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence. Except as set out below, that licence is irrevocable. It is royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable.
You grant the company every right it needs to store, use, process and adapt that material, and to create an AI likeness, voice and persona from it.
Propiedad tras tu fallecimiento
A tu fallecimiento, con efecto inmediato, R FORMULA INNOVATIONS, que opera Live3000, pasa a ser la única y exclusiva propietaria de todos tus datos y contenidos (tus vídeos, audios, voz, historias, perfil, mensajes y cualquier imagen, voz o persona de IA creada a partir de ellos), junto con todos los derechos sobre ellos. Ningún heredero, familiar, invitado, contacto ni herencia recibe propiedad ni derecho alguno sobre esos datos o contenidos, y nadie puede descargarlos. After your death, the company decides, in its sole discretion, what is done with that data, content and AI persona. It may continue it, restrict it, archive it or delete it. No one can download the files after your death.
Esto te sobrevive
You agree that this transfer and licence survive your death and bind your heirs, your estate, your executors and your beneficiaries. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, they take priority over any will, testament or other instruction about this content.
You agree not to make a will or any other provision that conflicts with these terms.
Retirada del consentimiento y eliminación
While you are alive, you can withdraw consent from Account. Your data and content are then hidden from everyone except you. You can also delete your account or ask for your data to be erased. After your death, no one can withdraw consent on your behalf.
Tus derechos legales
Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que te otorga la legislación de protección de datos aplicable, incluidos el RGPD de la UE y el RGPD del Reino Unido. Si alguna parte no es exigible
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Each promise applies to the extent permitted by law. Where a law does not allow a promise to reach as far as it is written, that promise applies as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where R Formula Innovations is registered.
