Every plan requires email sign-up and verification. Prices are shown in the currency you pay in. Pay once, in full or in 12 monthly instalments, for lifetime access. There is no yearly fee and no renewal.
Calling your loved one
Top up prepaid call credit before calling. Each started minute costs USD 9 on Individual, USD 8 on Family and USD 7 on Family+. Family members use their plan's rate. The smallest top-up is USD 10.

Plans are one-time sign-ups for lifetime access. If you pay in 12 monthly instalments and one is missed, the service continues for 60 days. After 60 days overdue, access is suspended under company rules: no calls, no edits, and no downloads, until the missed instalments are paid. The recordings are held at the company's discretion. Continuation contacts can decide 60 days after a missed instalment, or when a passing is confirmed. They can pay the remaining instalments or let the plan lapse. They cannot download the files.
Questions families actually ask
What am I consenting to?
You give this consent while you are alive: your recorded voice, your face and likeness, and the promise that every AI reply stays labelled. You name someone who is not you to look after things later. You can change or withdraw that consent from Account.
Will people know it is AI?
Yes. Every reply is labelled AI-generated, not the real person. The call screen says it in plain words. The voice and the face come only from recordings they chose to leave.
Can I download the original videos?
Yes, while you are alive and the account is active or inside the 60-day grace period. You can download the raw files from the studio or from Account. After a passing is confirmed, no one else can download them. At 60 days overdue, downloads stop and the recordings are held at the company's discretion.
What if Live3000 has to close?
Your recordings are held so they can still be exported while you are alive and the account is open. Every plan includes that escrow.
What if a monthly instalment is missed?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Withdraw consent or delete your account from the Account page while the account is open. A one-time payment is never charged again. If you chose 12 monthly instalments, they end by themselves after the 12th payment. Download your raw files first if you still want them and the account is not suspended.
