Plans are one-time sign-ups for lifetime access. If you pay in 12 monthly instalments and one is missed, the service continues for 60 days. After 60 days overdue, access is suspended under company rules: no calls, no edits, and no downloads, until the missed instalments are paid. The recordings are held at the company's discretion. Continuation contacts can decide 60 days after a missed instalment, or when a passing is confirmed. They can pay the remaining instalments or let the plan lapse. They cannot download the files.

If you chose 12 monthly instalments, they end by themselves after the 12th payment. Download your raw files first if you still want them and the account is not suspended.
