Live3000 wordt geëxploiteerd doorR Formula Innovations. These terms cover the one-time plans and monthly instalments, how long we keep data, who owns it after a passing, what happens when a payment is missed, who can use a legacy after a passing, and the licence you give in your recordings. Version 2026-11-02.
Plannen en verlenging
Plans are one-time sign-ups for lifetime access. If you pay in 12 monthly instalments and one is missed, the service continues for 60 days. After 60 days overdue, access is suspended under company rules: no calls, no edits, and no downloads, until the missed instalments are paid. The recordings are held at the company's discretion. Continuation contacts can decide 60 days after a missed instalment, or when a passing is confirmed. They can pay the remaining instalments or let the plan lapse. They cannot download the files.
Each plan is a one-time sign-up for lifetime access, paid in full or in 12 monthly instalments. There is no yearly fee or renewal. If an instalment is not paid, access is suspended once the grace period ends. While you are alive and the account is active or inside the grace period, you can download your own raw files and data export from Account.

Feestdagenactie (koop 1, krijg 1 gratis): tijdens de campagne bevat een eenmalige betaling voor Individual, Family of Family+ een gratis plan van hetzelfde niveau voor een andere volwassene. De koper heeft 72 uur om het toe te wijzen. De ontvanger heeft daarna 30 dagen om het op een eigen account te verzilveren. 12 maandtermijnen zijn uitgesloten. Eenmalige prijzen in USD, EUR en GBP tellen mee. Op het gratis plan zit geen affiliatecommissie. Bij terugbetaling of chargeback van het betaalde plan vóór verzilvering vervalt het cadeau. Is het al verzilverd, dan blijft het plan en wordt het gemarkeerd voor controle.
Na een overlijden
Contacten voor voortzetting, de persoon die je hebt aangewezen om voor het account te zorgen, en familie kunnen de ruwe bestanden of de gegevensexport niet downloaden. Ze kunnen betalen om het abonnement te verlengen of het laten vervallen. Familie kan blijven bellen zolang het abonnement actief blijft.

We bewaren al je gegevens en content zolang het bedrijf actief is, tenzij je je toestemming intrekt. Als je je toestemming intrekt, worden je gegevens en content voor iedereen behalve jou verborgen.
De licentie die je verleent
By uploading videos, audio, stories or a profile, you grant R FORMULA INNOVATIONS (the company) an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence. Except as set out below, that licence is irrevocable. It is royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable.
You grant the company every right it needs to store, use, process and adapt that material, and to create an AI likeness, voice and persona from it.
Eigendom na je overlijden
Bij je overlijden wordt R FORMULA INNOVATIONS, dat Live3000 exploiteert, met onmiddellijke ingang de enige en exclusieve eigenaar van al je gegevens en content (je video’s, audio, stem, verhalen, profiel, berichten en elke AI-gelijkenis, AI-stem of AI-persona die daarvan is gemaakt), samen met alle rechten daarop. Geen erfgenaam, familielid, genodigde, contactpersoon of nalatenschap krijgt enig eigendom of enig recht op die gegevens of content, en niemand mag ze downloaden. Zij krijgen alleen de kijktoegang die het bedrijf wil toestaan.
After your death, the company decides, in its sole discretion, what is done with that data, content and AI persona. It may continue it, restrict it, archive it or delete it. No one can download the files after your death.
Dit blijft na je overlijden gelden
You agree that this transfer and licence survive your death and bind your heirs, your estate, your executors and your beneficiaries. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, they take priority over any will, testament or other instruction about this content.
You agree not to make a will or any other provision that conflicts with these terms.
Toestemming intrekken en verwijderen
While you are alive, you can withdraw consent from Account. Your data and content are then hidden from everyone except you. You can also delete your account or ask for your data to be erased. After your death, no one can withdraw consent on your behalf.
Je wettelijke rechten
Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt de rechten die je hebt onder de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming, waaronder de EU-AVG en de UK GDPR. Zolang je leeft, kun je je account verwijderen via Account of ons vragen je persoonsgegevens te wissen, en we behandelen dat verzoek zoals de wet vereist.
Als een deel niet afdwingbaar is
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Each promise applies to the extent permitted by law. Where a law does not allow a promise to reach as far as it is written, that promise applies as far as the law allows.
Toepasselijk recht
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where R Formula Innovations is registered.
